The infinity pool is a generous 15 x 6 metres and can be heated (for an additional fee). The decking offers a number of seating options such as armchairs, sun loungers, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and has a 5-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, separate wine fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The laundry room has both a washer and dryer. The door from the kitchen leads to a covered barbecue area with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue, ice machine and sink. It is very well positioned for both access to the kitchen and pool terrace.
The first floor comprises of 3 en-suite bedrooms. 2 twin bedrooms and the master suite which has a double bed. The master bedroom en-suite has both a bath and walk-in shower whereas the other en-suites are shower rooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with televisions and have sliding doors opening onto terraces or balconies. The master bedroom and twin room on the first floor, South side of the villa also have partial sea views.
The villa is completely enclosed and gated with beautifully manicured gardens. The driveway offers plenty of space for turning, ample parking as well as a car port with electric charging point. The villa is alarmed, has electric shutters throughout, air conditioning and central heating.
Carvoeiro Tennis & Padel club is just down the road. Besides tennis and padel, it also has a pickleball court, gymnasium, outdoor pools, trampolines, dance classes, fitness classes, café, kids activities, masseuse and physical therapist.
Carvoeiro town centre is just a 5 minute drive or Uber away. Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town with many options for international dining out. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a meal and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage.
A short 8 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 15 minute drive.
Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.
The villa is best suited to couples and families. Please, no stag parties, hen parties etc. Parties and events at the property are strictly prohibited.
Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
